FAQs

Refunds & Warranty

We offer a 10 year durability guarantee and there's no need to register. If you have your order number, email address, or customer name by which the order was originally placed, we can look you up. The warranty covers any holes from wear.

We want you to love your new Camel City Mill work socks. Makes sense, right? If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order for free within the contiguous U.S. so long as:

  1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no excessive pet hair or wear), and in their original packaging.
  2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Shipping

At the moment, we’re only offer online ordering. We are currently looking for partners in North Carolina (and across the USA) to get our socks into retail stores. But your best option is shopping with us online. 

I'm sorry, but at the moment we don't ship to Canada. We're exploring fulfillment options to ensure we can offer reasonable shipping rates for Canadians, but currently, the cost is too high.

We receive many requests from Canadian customers and are eager to make this possible in the future. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

We only ship within the United States at this time. However, we are currently looking for international partners, so please check back in the future. We appreciate your interest in Camel City Mill.

Fit & Sizing

Our sizes are Unisex, but we're on the larger side (to accommodate most men). Our Medium is our smallest size, which would fit ladies size 8-10. 

At this stage, we don't offer a size smaller than that, unfortunately, but please keep checking back as we may add traditional women's sizing in the future.

Our socks have light compression, but it is not medically-graded. At the moment, we don't have any true compression socks, however please continue to check back as we're frequently introducing new products to our range.

Our socks are not loose-fit as those designed for diabetics. However some folks with circulation issues do enjoy our socks because they have light compression and help increase blood-flow to the feet. 

Our socks are great for steel toe boots. They have extra padding in the heel and toe, and the toe has double-plated nylon fortification so that your socks don’t get holes in them from rubbing with the heavy steel toe. 

Washing & Care

Machine wash in warm water on gentle cycle with socks inside-out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not dry clean.
